Payment
We offer several convenient payment methods for your order:
- Cash on Delivery: You can pay for your order upon receipt at a “Nova Poshta” or “Ukrposhta” branch.
- Online Payment via Visa/MasterCard: Secure payment through the internet.
- Non-Cash Payment with VAT: When paying non-cash, we provide all necessary documents, including the invoice, delivery note, tax invoice, and contract.
Delivery
The standard product dispatch time is 1-3 working days. We offer the following delivery options:
- Self-Pickup: After receiving a notification about the readiness of the product, you can pick up your order at our location: Odesa, Balkivska St., 83.
- Delivery by Courier Services: Delivery is carried out via “Nova Poshta” and “Ukrposhta” to any location in Ukraine.
Delivery Details:
- Orders are dispatched on the same day if placed before 16:00 (Mon-Fri).
- Delivery time: 1-5 working days.
- Delivery cost for orders under 1000 UAH is 150 UAH.
- Delivery to the courier service branch or to your address (upon request).
- The product is insured for its full value at the buyer’s expense.
