The warranty period is established in accordance with current standards and regulatory documents and ranges from 1 to 12 months, depending on the type of product.
The buyer has the right to exchange or return the product within 14 days from the day of purchase. Exchange or return of goods is carried out subject to the following conditions:
- There are no signs of use
- The integrity of the package is preserved
- The completeness of the product is not violated
- Marking and shortcuts saved
Exchange or return of goods is carried out only after inspection by avtoVIRA specialists at the company’s warehouse. Upon completion of acceptance, product exchange or refund is carried out within 5 working days.
Custom-made products (for example, slings, tool boxes, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
