Chain retractor (tie)

Description

Chain tie-down – used to adjust the tension of the securing chains when securing the load during transportation.

It has a simple and robust design that is designed for linear tensile action, which allows you to manually secure large loads. This tie-down is especially useful for securing automotive, road and other special equipment.

The device operates on the principle of reciprocating movements of the handle. Depending on the direction of rotation, the hooks of the mechanism converge or diverge, thereby adjusting the tension of the load chain.

Important: do not use the tie-down for lifting and suspending loads; do not apply lateral load (breakage) to the chain tie-down
